How to Format an Article?

You have access to a variety of tools in a convenient editor. You can:

• Make headers and subheaders

• Break text into paragraphs

• Write quotes

• Create numbered and unnumbered lists

• Upload photos

This is all a standard set of actions available in any editor. But there are also non-standard operations.

Photos and Linking to the Map

You can link individual parts of the text to the map (for example, like this)

Or you can upload a photograph and link it to the map in the same way. (The photo on the left is linked to the map)

Elements that have a link to the map have yellow marking.

Photos can be combined into small collages, up to 3 photos. And each photo in the collage can be linked to the map in the same way.

Click on such an element, and the map will scroll to the linking point.

If you don't need the map, just turn it off with one click.

Drawing

If simply pointing to a point on the map is not enough, you can draw something on the map. Arrows, pointers, areas—whatever comes to mind.

Integration with Routes

Just insert a link to the route, and it will turn into a link card leading to the route page.

This is what the route card looks like.

In the future, the ability to integrate with hike cards will appear.

Publication Management

You can write the article gradually, saving it periodically. Saving the article does not publish it on the site—all articles are initially in draft status.

As soon as your material is ready, just click the "Publish" button, and the article will be visible to everyone.

In your blog, you will see all unfinished articles in the "Drafts" section.

Multilingualism

You can run a blog in different languages.

Set the title and description of the blog in Russian and English. One article can be written in different languages—just check the boxes for which languages are needed.

Users from different countries will see the version of the text that suits them.
